Trip to Lonawala

Cozy Moments!!

The very cool day in the Lonawala for the trip was the perfect picnic according to the defination.

Hanging out in the hilly Lonawala in the rainy season is like dream come true as not every trip is blessed with perfect rain. Sipping the tea in the cozy environment along with friends was the moments to catch forever.

The journey began with the very boring and slow train with making the mood very low. Reaching over Pune Lonawala station to walk to reach at the dam has not given the hint for the very fantastic experience is lying ahead.

But as we started to walk on the way for the famous Bhushi Dam, the mood started on making. Chatting with friends for hours with pulling the legs of each other, singing the songs, making loud noise is as usual beautiful. Full to fun, passing out comments, cracking the jokes was what we have done in the Lonawala. The complete gang me, Varsha, Rupa, Hemant, Savita and friends of office was the perfect team to enjoy the trip.

As soon as we entered the dam area, the environment changed, the small rain started, we were in the fog actually. It took time to find the place under the water fall for fun as the dam was already very crowded. Cold in the air was quite fantastic to feel. Wetting under the water fall, the most natural water is not the usual and everybody was living the moments fully.

So hungry we were that we ate the food whatever served before us. The walk for the five-six km made our stomach empty. On the way back home, the rain was heavy to make our trip complete with experiencing the every shade of the rainy season. Really such occasions rarely happen in the live, and we were very lucky in that sense.

The local was very fast while returning but we were in no mood to return. But we left in the hope of the arranging such trip again.
